PREVIOUS ENGAGEMENTS
Designed grant competition and evaluation solution for a grant-making 501(c)(3) public charity; system was employed for the awarding and management of more than $16 million of grants.
Led instructional leaders, program managers, and data analytics staff at a charter school management organization in the design and build of a new teacher evaluation system; solution was cloud-based and incorporated student test gains with a widely used teacher effectiveness framework leading to a lower cost of execution and improved teacher professional development and performance.
